Stayed here April 2012 in a Courtyard Room. Room small but clean. Very quiet too. Free WiFi reception a bit hit and miss in this room. The staff were excellent and breakfasts superb. Very wet weather made carpark very messy and two weddings made car parking impossible on the Saturday. The bus service right outside the hotel made getting into York very easy and cheap. Free of course with a bus pass. Parking in York expensive. We paid a reasonable price for the room and I think if you can bargain a bit you may get a better price or an upgraded room.
