This is a stunning building both inside and out. Lots to explore. At the time of writing part of the minster was covered in scaffolding and the organ is being repaired but this in no way hindered our visit.

Superb, outstanding & iconic architecture & stained glass. But I do object to having to pay to visit the interior of a church. Fortunately there is an area where you can see quite a lot without paying. The outside is also worth making your way right around, and the park alongside is very good. Obviously it's overwhelmed with tourists, so don't expect to get the place to yourself.
