“A warm welcome to a lovely peaceful location with lots to see and do nearby.”

A very warm welcome and personal attention from the owners Peggy and Rod who live nearby in their farmhouse. Absolutely perfect for elderly mother with limited mobility who enjoyed an electrically operated double bed and an en-suite wet room. An electric ceiling hoist was also available. Spacious comfortable accommodation for other family members -- including another wet-room bathroom. Conveniently located near the main A19 road between Selby and York; allowing excellent travel options throughout the Vale of York, but far enough away to remain peaceful and rural. Plenty to see and do in and around York and great food at the White Swan at Deighton 10 mins up the road.
