Owner description: The Web Adventure Park in York is a fantastic attraction for all ages whatever the weather! It is the home of Creepy Crawlies, Wired High Ropes and Little Bugs Childcare. The park has a huge indoor play centre with over 23k sq foot of fun. With a role play village, huge climbing frames, slides, sports courts, a ball canon alley, a disco room and our crafty corner, smiles are guaranteed from everyone! Outside, the park offers a huge variety of play equipment, a water park and various rides from go-carts to tri-bikes. In our park we have an animal area with furry and feathered friends. The park is also equipped with an award winning café so you can enjoy a coffee and cake or freshly made meal. For children of 7+ right up to adventurous there is a huge high ropes adventure course called Wired and our Summit climbing challenge attraction. The Web Adventure Park is also the home of Little Bugs Childcare, a popular nursery for 0 to 5 year olds.

We've visited Creepy Crawlies on multiple occasions and the friendly service is consistently brilliant! Reasonably priced for the high quality facilities available with something for children of all ages. The new climbing attraction close to the existing high wire course certainly provides an extra area for slightly older children. Food wise the menu offers a wide selection with the pizzas being our favourite!

We went here with our 3 grandsons & 2 grandaughters & they all had a whale of a time. They chose to do the skywalk, leap of faith & the wall activities. All the staff were very professional & the instructors very safety conscious. The youngest of the grandchildren is only 14 months old so obviously couldn't do any of the outdoor activities but enjoyed looking at the animals & particularly enjoyed the indoor soft play area. We had a bacon & brie panini for lunch at the cafe & it was delicious. All in all a great day out that everyone enjoyed.

Arrived at Web Adventure park (Creepy Crawleys) not a very good welcoming by a very aggressive, illmanured young lady by the name of Daisy, with this being our 1st visit to the adventure park, we asked for some basic information of how things ran regarding simply what we got for our admittance fee.
Both me and my partner asked a few questions, regarding simple things like what part of the adventure park our 2 children could play.
Obviously not listening to us she fetched the food menu over to us, and said this is what you get. With this I mentioned I had asked what facilities our kids could play on, At this point her complete rude and total ignorant attitude gave me no alternative but to ask for the Manager. The manager answered our questions.
Both my partner and I are concerned whether Daisy deserves the privalege of working with children! I hope the manager does deal with the matter as she said she would as I would be dissapointed for other families to witness a repeat of our findings at Creepy Crawleys! I can confirm every other member of staff here are pleasant, well mannered and can't do enough for you and your children.

Sorry that you felt that your experience at reception wasn't up to our normal high standards.
I have spoken to the manager on duty and Daisy, and I believe that daisy misinterpreted your question. When she offered you the meal deal, and you questioned what you got for this, she thought you meant what food was included. Daisy is our nursery nurse who organises activities, and just jumped on reception to help. Obviously she was worried she wasn't handling the transaction and explanation to your satisfaction when you became agitated and asked for assistance from the manager, who I believe explained everything to you properly.
Having spoken to her she did say that she apologised to you directly, which we weren't aware of, as she did this off her own volition.
We always prefer to sort things out at the time, and hope that you can accept our apologies that you weren't welcomed in a manner that gave you all the information you requested, but it was a genuine mistake by someone not used to being on reception.
kind regards

We went to the web with two toddlers and a baby and were not disappointed!!
Despite it being a busy weekend we were impressed by the place!
A good sized outdoor area with animals perfect for toddlers to explore and great activities which would be even better in nice weather (the huge outdoor sandpit and eating area would be fab)
Inside, although busy was an excellent play gym. Loads to do and well staffed with excellent facilities too. It was clean, has a super playgym with bouncy castles, disco area and slides galore.

Only down side was huge queues for food and long delays but think they were having some issues on Sunday when we visited and this would put me off visiting on a lunchtime. Would highly recommend a visit though as it was very worth the entrance cost.

Great day out for the family has something for children with all ages massive play area inside and out with a new and improved gynormous bouncy castle and a mini farm for the little ones and a indoor football pitch for boys while the adults can sit back and relax while having something from the cafe it's very expensive to get in though especially when you aren't allowed your own food but staff are very nice!
