We dined early on a Saturday evening and the place was not busy but it soon filled up. We shared starters of king prawns and a plate of mezes, both of which were good, for main course we both had a lamb chops which they did not stint on the portion size and was very tasty. We had a bottle of Villa Doluca Rose wine which surprisingly good. The service was excellent and not rushed. At just over £60 for the meal we felt we had value for money.

I have been to Kapadokya many times and had great moments. The food is really delicious and served in a nice way. If you have not been there previously, you should definitely take your time to go there.

This was just around the corner from our hostel and we'd never had turkish before and decided to give it a go. We were the first customers of the evening (which I think encouraged others to enter) and were greeted very happily (it's family owned). I got perfectly cooked prawns with garlic to start (they were so tender omg) and my sister got these yummy zuchinni pancakes with mint sauce. For mains, I got a curry-like chicken dish with rice, peppers, and mushrooms in a creamy tomato sauce; and my sister got a lamb dish cooked with mint and chilis. They also gave us complimentary apple tea when we were finished.
The place itself also has a really beautiful look to it. Mosaic work and a neat raised fabric ceiling piece above the chandelier.

We arrived at Kapadokya fairly early, after a tiring day. The restaurant is lovely and the ambiance was calm and welcoming. It was our first experience with Turkish food and we enjoyed it very much. In fact, we sought out Turkish food later in our travels because of our good experience here. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly, and the food was a very good value.
