I stayed at this Premier inn with my disabled mother.
The heating in the room was not working, the room was colder than the corridor outside.
The room was very difficult to access with a wheel chair due to heavy fire doors in the narrow corridors and laundry trollies blocking the way.

The separate breakfast venue meant additional hassle navigating the wheel chair outside in the cold around the building.

Don't bother staying if you need wheel chair access.
The Holiday Inn next door would definately be a better option next time!

Stopped over for one night whilst visiting my daughter who is at NTU. Ideal locatation as close to her halls of residence.

Arrived late, no problem for check-in who were more than helpful (hotel was full). Room allocated was clean, spacious and more than adequate for our needs. Flat screen tv was impressive and hard to resist watching. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was in the Beefeater next door - cooked to order and delicious. Plenty of hot water and towels. Good nights sleep with no noise at all. Free car parking.

Plenty of places to eat within a few mins walking distance i.e. Beefeater (next door for breakfast), Pizza Hut, Harvester, The Waters Edge and MacDonalds so you wont go hungry. Also a large Sainsburys and Retail Park opposite.

Hotel is located beside the marina. If you turn left out of the hotel and down to the canal and follow the canal path to the right - a lovely refreshing 20 mins stroll will take you into Nottingham City Centre. Leave the canal when you get to the Norrington Pub and turn left and follow the signs - takes you in to the Broadmarsh shopping centre. Nottingham has a fantastic selection of shops to visit.

Nottingham is a lovely city to visit with lots of attactions to suit everyone. Transport seems to be plentiful (although we walked) and there is the added attraction of the Trams.

An ideal location for our purpose - will definitely use again.

Thank you Premier Inn!

Room Tip: Were allocated a ground floor room at the back of hotel, lovely and peaceful. Could not fault 10/10...

Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel, had a problem with the tv in the room which was sorted out in a matter of minutes, gave good recommendations for a good night out. Would definatly stay there again if visiting Nottingham

had a room on the top floor at the front, although there is a lot of ground work being done opposite it was fairly quiet as secondary glazing had been installed. The room was very warm as you had to keep glazing windows shut because of the noise. There was a bad smell but that could be from the works opposite near the marina. The staff were very good and the room was clean and tidy, it may get better when the work is finished outside.

Room Tip: rooms away from the main road on odd side.

Stayed in the vicinity often for a cricket match but at the holiday inn, on a last visit we ate at the beefeater at the premier and said we would try a stay which we then did mainly because it looked nice and the food was lovely at a reasonable price. The book in was a little comical we arrived about an hour early but thought we would see if we could check in early and enjoy an extra hours stroll around the city. The young guy on check out was finishing early and an older gentleman covering the latter was lovely friendly happy smiling no problem at all to check if the room was ready, the other appeared not in a great mood at all quite glad he was going as I do not think he would have even checked to see if we could drop our things off in the room..THe stay other than someone having a bad day was excellent lovely room clean tidy spacious they do make it clear that their is no air conditioning which was not to bad as it was warm but not tropical I wouldn't have liked it if it had been as cannot remember this being highlighted on the online booking . Other than this very nice and a better stay than the holiday inn

Stayed at this hotel for one night in June as my daughter had to visit notts uni. Booking was very easily done online, when we arrived the gentleman on reception was very polite, friendly and full of advice about where to go in the evening. We ate in the beefeater next door and again good value for money with very pleasant staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good value at approx £8 each.
Good location for uni visit and as its a little out of town was relatively quite which enabled a goods night sleep. Overall, would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend
