Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Friendly helpful staff, well furnished comfortable room. Good value for money. Wish I'd stayed there before booking a hotel for my wedding guests as I would have booked rooms in a Premier in Wakefield rather than the independent hotel I chose. Have stayed in Travelodge before, the standards seem much higher in Premier.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean, with free parking and only five minutes walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant.

First time at a Premier Inn as always put off by the thought of bumping into Lenny Henry. However even that trial would be worth it if staying at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and efficient: particular mention of Rachel the receptionist who was a delight. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful and managed to do so without lapsing into any 'corporate-speak'.
The rooms were, well, roomy. Well kept and clean. The location is good and although it's by a busy road, it was remarkably quiet. The only gripes are a. only one set of towels and b. a lift that worked in slow motion (health and safety no doubt!).

Lovely Facility; staff great and helpful and the room clean. Not bad for the £80 price tag…
The restaurant looks out over the canal which is very peaceful whilst eating. Staff are friendly and helpful….although Lloyd the restaurant manager could do with lessons from the ‘university of life’ before he opens his mouth to or about customers…don’t be put off by his ignorance, despite his assumptions that humans are idiots his staff are a credit to him and the Premier Inn.

Room Tip: not facing main road. Boy racers are out in force!

We stayed one night to attend a wedding in Nottingham. The hotel looks like its in a dubious location, on a main road/major roundabout in the middle of Nottingham, but the hotel turned out to be absolutely excellent for a central location close to the city centre.

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They managed to find us food even when their restaurant was shut. The breakfast was superb - a lovely buffet breakfast and cooked meal. The breakfast room is sitting at eye level with the canal, which was fun.

There was no view from the room (just the road and an office block opposite), as you are located on a main road, but we didn't hear road noise. This is not a hotel where you go for the surrounding view, but if you need something convenient and centrally located it's excellent. We were very impressed and will definitely go back and use it as a base for a weekend in Nottingham.
