I stayed in this hotel last night, as my usual hotel I stay in with work was full, staff were excellent and couldn't do enough, rooms were of a freshly decorated feel, big comfy bed, big tv with lots of free view channels, I ate in the beef eater pub attached to the hotel, and found the price of food very good, 3 courses for £14, bargain! And the service and food were a few notches above the other beef eaters I have visited, would I stay here again, I'm already booking myself in for future stop overs in Nottingham, and quite looking forward to the full english breakfast, that was exceptional

Just off the M1 at J26 makes this a good stop over place on the way south, clean, friendly and good parking. Millers Barn restaurant and Bar next good has the usual Beefeater Grill menu but was a step above the usual on service and friendliness.

Have used before and this place is perfect for the Park and Ride into Nottingham and only 5 mins from J26 M1. Check out the tram times though as they were carrying out work on line causing delays. http://www.thetram.net/news/
Didn't eat in the hotel this visit so can't comment but the room was great. Wi-fi free for 30 mins or £3 for 24 hours is great value.

Room bigger than expected, clean, all new and modern. Only issue was cold Sunday dinner in attached pub. Aside from that though the breakfast was fine and the food was cheap enough, just wish they had warmed the plays and used hot gravy.

The premier inn in nottingham west was average.I always chose to stay at the premier inn as its warm and comfortable but on this occasion the room was comfortable as normal and clean but very cold.We had no heating in there but managed ok.We booked a meal deal with the receptionist on arrivel and was told we eat at the beafeaters with was directly next door which was fine as we was spending the day in there watching the rugby. We had booked our table for 7.30 for our meal deal,it was very busy and we had to wait for our meal which was fine,as we appreciated they was rushed off there feet but when it came to us having our dessert the manager came to take our order and saw we were on the meal deal and said we would have to wait to be served.25mins later we was still waiting so we walked out without it as he made us feel like cheap skates which we felt uncomfortable about(why offer the meal deal in the first place). We went and complained to the receptionist at the premier and they were very nice and offered us a full refund on our meals and also offered to take our desert to our room but we declined. They gave my granddaughter and nice cream cup cake and also we had complimentary breakfast which was very nice and hot.I cant fault the staff at the premier inn but the manager at the beafeaters should learn some manners and treat people with respect and be a bit more people friendly even if they are on the meal deal.I would return to the pemier inn but will never eat at beafeaters there again.

An immaculately clean hotel with friendly, informative helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast and a lovely dinner served in the Millers Barn restaurant . Nice and quiet at night. Can't wait to stay again.
