First time to this restaurant for a friend's birthday lunch party so there were 30 of us all being served simultaneously but you would have not have know for the speed and quality of service ... the food was scrummy too!
The varied choice of bread rolls was interesting and came with a garlic tomato mix and a black olive tapenade - not an olive fan but really enjoyed the tomato. If you were hungry like me it was good to find packets of bread sticks on the table when the roll was finished!
We ate from the 3 course set luncheon menu which was very varied - 9 starters a mixture of tried and true with a few unusuals - I had insalata d’avocado e pancetta - followed by another 9 main courses. My choice of stinco di agnello (lamb shank) was delicious. Followed by a sweet trolley you felt that nothing was left to chance in this restaurant. Was £17.50 a head for three courses - think I saw the web page now sas £18.00 - still very good value.
