Clean room. Friendly staff. Complimentary fresh fruit in the room. Very close to the train and coach stations. Short walk to the city centre. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which serves authentic Korean food.

Stayed: July 2014, travelled with family

Good stay, very helpful pleasant staff, good clean room - a little dark as I had requested quiet room at the back so not much of a view. However, heatwave whilst there, so glad of dark room and excellent controllable aircon. Staff had kindly put it on before my return in the evening - bliss after the over heated Oxford streets!

Hotel easy to get to, can walk or bus ride from Park & ride, also ten minute walk into Oxford centre. Lots of extras in room - chocs, fruit, water, lots of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits - very good. Breakfast a little whacky, unusual choices, and full English served in separate bowls, Korean style! Overall, excellent stay and would choose it again.

Positives:

- Location (proximity to railway and bus stations, city centre)
- Helpful and professional staff
- Clean and modern looking room
- Complimentary items were numerous (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and 2-3 packs of biscuits)
- Leave your bag(s) at reception area to explore more after checkout time, if needed
- Free Wi-Fi

Negative:

- Street noise
- No elevator, but it's only two flights of stairs to the second floor
- Noise made by other customers. If people aren’t aware or thinking about it, they let their doors slam shut or don’t realise that their voices carry quite clearly through the room doors as they pass by.

That being said, the above items are things that the hotel can’t control, but I thought should be worth noting.

Other:

- Have to hand your key to reception every time you leave; this may bother some, but this didn’t bother me

If I visit Oxford again, I will look to book a room with this hotel again.

Room Tip: Light sleepers should ask for a room that doesn't face the intersection.

The room was good, quite and clean with a comfy bed. The hotel provides free bottled water and fruit, which is a plus. Breakfast okay. The location is great.
Lastly, staff are very friendly.
No elevator though..

I stayed in the hotel for the second time this year. Room 210 was well suited for my friend and me. Beds and pills were amazingly comfortable. All was clear, bathroom was spotless. It is a very nice gesture from the hotel to assure free bottled water, teas, coffees and cookies are available for guests. I like the fact that we could open the windows, location next to the Said Business School is unbeatable for their students. The only downside is a bit expensive breakfast for the fact that it is always the same - a bit more variety could not hurt.
All staff are very kind and helpful.

Room Tip: 210 for friends 207 for a couple
