It's the Ashmo, I could spend a week here! It's a brilliant collection of artifacts and art and it's free to enter but donations are very much welcome.

The Ashmolean Museum is very similar, in style, to the British Museum (not in size, though). It displays items from different countries. Worth a visit!

I needed more time to explore the Ashmolean. Enjoyed my visit but needed more than 2 hours. I took their free 1 hour tour, which was helpful.

This is a very comprehensive museum with classic and antiques as its specialty...

The surprise was the exhibit of America’s Cool Modernism...paintings and posters by O’Keeffe and Hopper and Wood...amazing how I had to go to the UK to learn about American painting in the 20s-30s...

The museum space if full of light...

Don't forgot to wander about the top floors to find the hidden Renoirs and other stunning paintings. Treasure throughout!
