We booked the Manor House in hope rather than expectation, but were pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and well-maintained, and comfortable. OK, it's not exceptional, and the prices are a little higher than we have sometimes paid. But this is Oxford, and I'm afraid you have to expect to pay.
The room (no 2) was reasonably spacious, and had an en-suite with bath/shower, and ample hot water. Breakfast was OK, but in the summer would have been a treat with a pleasant rear garden (as it was, the heavens opened!). There is a bus stop for the into town frequent No 3 buses just outside, and the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful.
That's all Ok by me!More
