Superb service and attention. Brilliant B and B. Really modern. Clean. Friendly. Great shower. Comfy bed. Andy was a great front of house - couldn't do enough. I stay in lots of hotels, usually go to premier inn etc as know what to expect but this was superb.

Wonderful experience when I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Interior furnished to a high level yet feels intimate, and far from 'standardised'. Excellent customer service, and enthusiastically catered to a vegan diet at breakfast (mushrooms on toast and soya milk). The power shower in the bathroom was divine, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The only tiny detail worth commenting on in a negative light was that there was no hairdryer in the bedroom. A very minor quip, and I look forward to returning to stay in a few months.

Attempted to make a reservation and ask questions about the hotel to the male receptionist who referred to me as 'my friend' however he kept hanging up then rejected third and final call. After five years of experience in hospitality I have never come across more unprofessional behaviour. Hardly a glowing endorsement for the hotel.

Spent 3 nights here. Rooms very clean, staff accommodating and breakfast hot and tasty. Great locally sourced sausages. On main road into oxford town centre a short 10 minute bus ride away.Restaurants (various) and sainsburys within a 5 minute walk. Ample off street parking a bonus.

Stayed for one night - clean, good service, comfortable beds. A good choice. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options - all beautifully presented. The staff are attentive and friendly. Access to Oxford is 5-10 mins via a bus a minute's walk from the hotel. Better service than the taxi we used. All in all highly recommended.

Room tip: Rooms at the back of the building are quieter but we stayed at the front and the busy road didn't bother us as it wasn't invasive.
