Having our wedding reception here we needed somewhere to cater for families and couples, and for the food to be lovely... and the Westwood was perfect.
The bar, restaurant & lounge areas are all lovely spaces, and the gardens with woodland backdrop are beautiful. There are board games in the bar to keep the children entertained, sofas to relax in, and lovely views from every room.
Staff are lovely & very helpful and the prices are very reasonable for the high quality of food and rooms etc.

Room Tip: The Four-poster rooms have lovely view of the garden & woodland, with a balcony to sit out on.

Whilst you are about 15-20 mins away from the city of Oxford, you get great value for money in terms of size of the room and breakfast were included. The staffs were most attentive and the dinner we had was good too. We will definitely return . The only minus to this accommodation was the bathroom, dated and you can see the dirt on the grouting of the tiles. We had a ground floor room away from the main dinning hall and I would highly recommend that as it take takes away some of the noise from the main dinning halls. If you have a car, would recommend that you inform them ahead of time as they may not have sufficient space ( as we did because they had a corporate party on that weekend )My children enjoyed the little experience of seeing their little bunnies that we're running around the premise .

Room Tip: Ground level away from the main dinning halls, room 30's.

My girlfriend and stayed here because we needed to stay in the area for my brothers birthday.

The area is quiet and it feels like you're in nature.
The room was really nice and cosy and had it not been winter, there was a nice patio that we could have sat outside on and watched the rabbits running round the garden.

It's right on the edge of the woodlands and we took a walk in the morning which was really nice - take GPS with you just in case because it's big
The service was excellent; the breakfast delicious and well made.
Overall it's a nice friendly environment and highly recommended.

I have just returned home after a week at the Westwood and I have to say I had a great experience. The staff and very personable and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much of a problem and after a arduous day training it was great to come back to the hotel to relax. The room was small but comfortable and very warm. The bed was comfortable and I had a great nice sleep. The shower was a bit of a let down as was the lack of drawer space but this didn't spoil my overall enjoyment. I highly recommend the Westwood as they have great gardens with cute rabbits.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear have great views and the hotel is very quiet no matter floor you are situated on.

I love this hotel and all their staff!!
I have been using The Westwood Hotel since August for the accommodation arrangements as part of a 2 week residential sales training course. I have to commend Adrianna, Elias, Vince, David and everybody else who's name I don't know for their unrivalled level of service at the hotel.

The team at the hotel seem like one big happy family and its great to see such close working relationships having such a positive impact on a guests experience of the hotel.

This will be the 4th time I've booked, for upwards of 15 people per night and the standards have been consistently excellent. I have even forward booked for the next three courses I like it so much!

The rooms are generally spacious and recently redecorated in a tasteful and boutique hotel style. The grounds are amazing, especially in the summer, but even in Autumn and Winter the gardens look stunning with the trees changing foliage.

It feels like home from home and how welcome it all feels! :-)

Keep up the excellent work guys and congratulations Drew on having such an excellent staff.

Room Tip: Rooms 31 & 32 have outside patio areas so you can sit outside in the garden and having bunny rab...
