A great reasonably priced hotel close to the centre of Oxford. Good sized room and up to the usual premier inn standard of cleanliness. Quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us book a taxi into Oxford (£10 each way) and gave us more tea and coffee. Plenty of car park spaces available. Would stay here again if visiting Oxford.

Facilities the same but the room heating control was faulty and the window would not shut fully as it was warped. This is not the cheapest Premier Inn and a bit pricey as it is Oxford. I like the choice of soft pillow and the staff were helpful as usual. We did not use the restaurant facilities as we go down Cowley Road to a cafe for coffee and croissants.

Room Tip: Go for a room in the annex. Rooms in the main hotel can be noisy by the roundabout and ring road.

A very short stay in Oxford. Arriving late and then departing relatively early.

Room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, which given the lateness of our arrival - just before midnight - were an absolute godsend. Why do other 'budget' type hotels not provide the same?

After a good night's sleep and refreshing shower we took advantage of an excellent and reasonably priced breakfast.

We'll definitely return.

Always good value for money, lovely comfortable room, comfy bed and pillows etc. the room looked a little like it could have ben a family room without the 2nd bed, there was a lot of spare space but to be honest I'm never going to complain about a hotel room being too big!!

If I really was looking for a fault, the wardrobe had the hanging rail running from front to back, rather than left to right, so to get something from the back you had to fight your way past the clothes at the front. Yes you're right, i really am clurtching at straws to find a fault!

Ideally situated jsut off the main road, massive car park and only a short taxi ride from where we wanted to get to. Reception Desk arranged the taxi for us, very polite and efficient.

The hotel is attached to a Beefeater restaurant so a late breakfast was eaten in there - fine for me but less choice for my vegetarian girlfriend, but then it is called a "Beef-eater".

So, if you're looking for somewhere just to lay your head in Oxford, would recommend this place.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel on an impulse decision to visit Oxford. We booked just the day before with no problems. The room was standard but spacious, clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee / hairdryer. It was everything we needed. 30 mins free wifi and a very large flat screen tv.
We popped next door to the Beefeater for dinner as it was pouring with rain and didn't want to go far. We didn't sample the breakfast but took a bus into Oxford (about a 10 min walk to a bus stop with lots of buses). All staff we encountered were courteous and helpful - what more could you want? A very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Some have mentioned that rooms by the road are noisy. We were in the block to the left of the Beefeater and no problems there at all.
