Recently stayed for two nights. This was an absolutely gorgeous place. The owners were really friendly and made us feel totally at home. The property is first class, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. An excellent spot for local bus to Oxford and situated close to a resevoir with lovely walks around and to watch sailing and windsurfing. First class breakfast, overall first class and far better than any hotel

I cannot fault this gem of a B and B. So much more than a night at a B and B as well. Amazing building, stunning rooms and so very clean and fresh. I want this place to be my secret retreat but Donna the lady who own Sabine deserves to be very successful. Thank for a brilliant stay. We will return when we have saved our pennies and will bring our daughter and her partner for a special treat.

Room Tip: All the rooms are wonderful but it might be worth paying extra for the large suite upstairs.

We needed to attend a graduation in Oxford and booked an overnight stay at the Sabine Barn.
It proved to be an ideal choice. A short walk to get a bus into the centre of Oxford. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners made you feel welcome as soon as you arrived, unlike some larger B&B's. A very nice breakfast selection also served. As our grandson will be there for a further four years so we'll be visiting again and again.

Room Tip: We were on the ground floor.

Only stayed here one night. Should've stayed longer. Lovely modernised building. Donna and Guy were excellent hosts. The breakfast was awesome. Cannot say enough to praise this place. Small and cosy but well appointed. Well worth a visit.

The barn is a beautiful building and the setting is very rural. The room was medium sized but a good size shower bathroom and good finish throughout. The surrounding area was beautiful for a walk north up the tow path to The Talbot. The owners were really welcoming and even gave us a lift to the the Bear in the evening which was a lovely touch they kindly offered. It was very clean and a good quality varied breakfast.

Room Tip: Look on the map for beautiful tow path walks up the river

We had a small double on the ground floor with a window to car park. Bed wasn't comfortable and walls are thin so you could hear the tv and people talking in the next room. Remember it is a barn. Thought it was overpriced and regretted not staying closer to town. It's also hard to find

Lovely bed and breakfast a 10 minute bus ride from Oxford. Although the room was slightly on the small side that was more than compensated for by the friendly welcome, beautiful breakfast room and very good breakfast. The owners went out of their way to help even giving us a lift to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it.
