Amazing stay, the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. The room size and service compared to the our friends in the Jury's Inn was far superior. The only problem was the lift as it was quite a busy bank holiday weekend and even that wasn't a problem.

As always with premier everything was spotless and efficient, there was one problem with this particular hotel, the sink was outside the bathroom and as someone with a medical problem which requires access to both toilet and sink together it was an inconvenience.
However the hotel was a reasonable distance from the hospital which I had to visit and also a short walk from the shops.

Conveniently located near the city centre and about 10 minutes walk from the rail and bus stations. A bit of a strange entrance as the reception is on the 3rd floor. Friendly and helpful reception staff allowed an early check in as the room was already available. The usual Premier Inn room with large double and single bed. Immaculately clean and no noise from outside nor other rooms. Great value - got 3 nights for £111. Didn't book breakfast although some of my friends did and thought it was pretty decent. There is a greasy spoon nearby which was a lot cheaper and did the job.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights, having booked to take the kids to Sundown Adventureland in Rampton near Retford.

The Hotel is conveniently located to explore the city and is beautifully set out, with modern interior and decor.

The bedroom was nice and spacious with a double and two singles for 2 adults and 2 children. It was clean and modern too.

For Dinner, we walked to the St Paul's fountains and ate in Cosmos the first night and Piccolino's the second. We had lovely meals both nights!

Breakfast both days was hot and fresh, although they were struggling to get croissants from their supplier, which I missed! No biggie though!

Special mention to Sophie on reception and Neville at breakfast, who made our stay very pleasant and made a lot of fuss of the children, which they loved! Excellent customer service and an asset to the Hotel.

Perfectly sited hotel for city centre and the popular Ecclesall Road which has loads of pubs, bars and restaurants. The hotel is friendly, clean and modern. We had the eat as much as you like breakfast - good value for money and always hot.

Very highly recommended. My friend and I stayed here for two nights on the 9th and 10th of April, and from the moment we arrived to leaving the service was excellent. The rooms were spotless, spacious, fantastic power-shower which was brilliant to use, especially when one has back problems; just letting the hot water run on my back was so soothing after being out and my back playing up. We dined at the Inn the second night and the food was delicious and service by the gorgeous-looking Aiden - he was actually food enough for me, being an OAP and widow, lol. Plus the lovely Sophie; both of them had great personalities and the service was exceptional. Also many thanks to Rachel who booked us in with a smile right from the beginning of our stay, and Bianca who communicated with my daughter through email making sure everything was accommodated for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff including Tony, Holly, plus other staff members whose names escape me but to each and everyone of you the service was A*****. Also many thanks to the young lady who managed to find some small bolt cutters to get my lock off my case as it was faulty. Some people may read this and think 'well the staff are paid to be pleasant to guests', but after staying in five star places before, if some of the staff I encountered smiled half as much it would have been nice - one just felt it was a business; but here at the Premier it really did feel like home from home. The massive food choice for breakfast was without doubt the best I have ever encountered. Having the full English breakfast, although buffet-style, the food was not overcooked and it was hot. All in all my friend and I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to you all and the laughs we had; you really are all "stars", as my friend so rightly put it. Ten out of ten!
