We have stayed at Aston Hall on many occasions now, mainly because the staff are so efficient and helpful. They always have time to chat to you and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and very clean. We decided to order room service at night as we were a bit too tired to get ready to go into the restaurant. We placed our order for a stater of Olives and bread and 2 main courses of steak and veg. When it arrived it was piping hot and the food was amazing!! We really couldn't believe that this was room service! The food was exceptional. We even rang down to the receptionist Mila and asked her to pass on our comments to the chef, we even asked the Chefs names as we really feel they need the credit, the Head chef is Dean and also Ricky, so thank you guys for our gorgeous food!
The next morning we ordered breakfast in bed which was delivered by The duty Manager Scott and the Banqueting Manager Kelly, they were lovely and chatty, again the food was piping hot and we had everything that we ordered. We loved the food so much that we decided to stay and have our Sunday lunch in the restaurant. Again the food was exceptional and the staff couldn't do enough for you, Kylie really looked after us during Sunday lunch and she was lovely and chatty with us and everyone else in the restaurant.
We will definitely be staying here again and I would just like to thank the staff that looked after us on Saturday night, its because of them that we will be happy to return again. Credit to the following staff:
Scott, Duty Manager - Great hair! Fabulous personality, noting too much trouble, looked after us and was extremely helpful and friendly.
Kelly - Banqueting Manager - Lovely lady, very helpful and chatty!
Mila - Receptionist - Great English! Puts us to shame! Very helpful and friendly.
Kylie - Breakfast Supervisor - Love her red hair! Super friendly and very efficient!!
Chefs - Dean and Ricky - for making our room service food so yummy!!
