“easy dining”
Reviewed 20 May 2013

wonderful selection of tapas served in elegant surroundings incorporating a friendly bar area. formal or informal seating areas available. Plenty of choice on the menu including beef, fish, pasta etc The servings are generous and the service is excellent. Lovely and clean with convivial atmosphere. Well worth a visit. We are going back tomorrow. Early bird menu, 3 tapas dishes for 7.95 before 7pm. Can't wait!!!

“Pleasant Surprise”
Reviewed 17 May 2013

I cycle past here daily and think "Italian in a pub, No thanks!" But read a review in a local paper last week so I took my mother and gave it a go.
As soon as you walk in it's good, Nice bar, spacious eatery, Lovely staff. Excellent menu.
Will be going again soon no doubt.

“Birthday visit”
Reviewed 10 May 2013

After a day out we decided to drop in to Pesto, the food was excellent, service was great, atmosphere relaxed and comfortable, the wine on a par if not cheaper than most restaurants.
All in an excellent visit, will definitely be re visiting.

“Nice Food, Expensive Drinks.”
Reviewed 7 May 2013

I thought the £7.99 menu for three dishes was good value for money. Drinks soon bumped up the bill though, £4.50 for a pint is expensive, even in this area of Sheffield.

Sorry to hear your comments following your recent visit to Pesto. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and I hope you'll be pleased to know that we have now introduced two new drinks - Carlsberg on draught at £2.95 a pint and Tetleys Cask at £2.65 - to give even more variety for our customers.

“Mediocre food but too expensive”
Reviewed 7 May 2013

The food was rather average but the service was good and the atmosphere was OK. Been twice, once with friends and once with the family but dont think I will bother again as the beer is £4.50 per pint and the wine is a complete joke. If the food was stunning then I could live with the prices but frankly, its not. Tried the whole menu when we went with teh family and it just falls short of the other top restaurants in the area.
