I came here on the 2nd June 2022 just after 2pm and was made to feel thoroughly unwelcome as soon as I walked through the door.

Despite coming to the centre to spend my money here rather than elsewhere, it seemed as though me wanting to pay for entry was a huge inconvenience to the member of staff (which I later learned was the duty manager).

Without saying much at all she was able to be incredibly condescending. I hope I never have the displeasure of dealing with her again.

I certainly won't be making the journey to come here again.

Please get toilets clean professionally throughout the day. The centre is very busy and the men's toilet smells horrendous every time we visit

Great climbing venue. Good routes. Great variety. Good staff. All round venue to be proud of. If I could have one wish it would be for decent coffee and food that isn’t processed crap. We did have coffee but it was cold and took ages. Having said that it’s a climbing wall not a coffee shop but I do think you’re missing a revenue trick.
