This restaurant provides good quality, tasty food with lovely seasoning to all its dishes. Jeremy, front of house and his wife who prepares the food make this a restaurant that I am sure you will want to return to. There is also the added advantage that you can take your own wine, although the premises are licensed.

Seems to style itself in a new york theme, so bright, with music, visible kitchen, a bit classy. Food unusual and good quality and strongly flavoured, slightly small portions. The waiter was very sound and attentive.
Not really my kind of place, but not a bad place at all.

Booked a table for about 20 family members for my 21st birthday. It was an amazing night. They timed the meals well, all came at the same time, had tons of drinks and it was well priced. They made my birthday a night to remember. Thank you :) definetly a place to book for big parties and family nights.

We didn't book called on off chance. The restaurant was quite busy so we were told to come back in half an hour. When we went back we were given a table but the restaurant wasn't any less busy. As we went in we noticed a sign on the door that credit/debit cards weren't excepted. So we worked out our cash and ordered accordingly which to be honest was a pain and we would have spent much more if we could use our debit card. When we asked for draught lager we were told only bottles available, this was strange because we could see the draft pumps on the bar. We ordered after about 20 mins plus. We knew things were bad when we saw a table we had seen seated on our first call were only just getting their starters an hour later. It took an hour and half for us to get our food. During that time the person waiting (1 man only and 1 chef) never apologised for the wait. I go the impression that most of the diners are repeat visitors and they must just accept the poor service, or maybe it was a bad night. We ummed and ahhed a couple of times about going but hubby said we should wait.
Our food when it came was okay. i had a burger, my husband had jerk chicken and he said it was very good but he order chunky chips which we could see on the bar but when we asked the waiter he said he would get them after he had done what he was doing (the side order was part of our meal). All in all i thought the £27 the mail cost was costly for 2 mains and 3 bottles of lager considering the appalling service. Probably won't give them another go.
