Came here for the first time to see a band from america. Very intimate venue and packed to the rafters. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and good real ale.
Will definitely return to try the food. The cakes on display looked amazing.

If you're looking for excellent genuinely home baked cakes, great salads and equally great coffee then look out for this lovely little cafe on the roundabout at the top of the high street.

Popped in with a big group of friends for a quick cuppa, ended up staying ages! Lovely big pots of tea and drinks for the kids. Small, charming and quirky. Need to revisit for food next time we are down.

Love it! Great cafe with fresh food presented by friendly and attentive staff. My 5 year old loves this cafe, the art work. The food and very much the cake!

We visited this restaurant for a cake, coffee, and a read. A local had recommended we have lunch, but sadly, we'd already eaten. The menu looked amazing, and all food is homemade and locally sourced. We had a coffee and walnut cake that tasted just as good as it looked. And the chai tea latte and mocha were so nice, my husband and I even tried one another's - not something we'd typically do at Costa or Starbucks. Well worth the visit for all of these reasons and reasonably priced art and gifts on display.
