The house was beautiful. It was homely and modern, yet quirky and full of character. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were stylish and practical, and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

The hosts had thought of everything that makes a good holiday rental. I've stayed in some lovely cottages in the past but this is the only one I've ever stayed in that felt like a home.

First time we've been to Ironbridge and it will not be the last - lots of fascinating things to see and do and to top it all we stayed in Stuart & Claire's lovely cottage - they have thought of everything! Such a cosy comfortable cottage beautifully modernized
We don't normally revisit places however on this occasion we will definitely make an exception!!
Thanks for a wonderful break

We have stayed in many holiday cottages and this was without a doubt one of the best, for many reasons. The cottage was spacious yet cosy, well equiped, clean, and a pleasure to stay in. We stayed for 3 nights over the New Year and had a very lovely chilled out and relaxed time. The weather wasn't great but we still saw beautiful countryside, with plenty of walks from the cottage. The local pub was really nice and the people in there were friendly. Stuart and Clare look after the cottage really well and they really care about providing a home from home. Showers great, beds comfy and kitchen a pleasure to cook in. Excellent communication with Stuart and Clare before arriving. We will definitely return. and recommend to friends and family.

“A lovely Christmas break”
Reviewed 30 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Stayed at Carpenters Row with my husband and parents for Christmas. It is a lovely cottage, very cosy and comfortable with lots of lovely extras - we even got Xmas decs| The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are super comfy. The cottage is a credit to Stuart and Claire and we will definately stay there again.

“Simply the best”
Reviewed 2 September 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We chose Carpenters Row because it is close to the Museum of Iron where our son and his fiancee were to be married. The images of the property looked ideal for our needs and we were not disappointed.
The cottage has been carefully and considerately planned and decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Stuart and Claire did everything to make our stay enjoyable - including a full length mirror (absolutely essential for the "big day"). There was plenty of space,(4 people), the kitchen was perfect, loads of hot water, comfy beds, what more could we need? (Possibly better mobile reception, but that is an issue everywhere near here. We could get incoming calls on the landline.)
There was one minor issue with the shower, but Stuart fixed it whilst we were out. Amazing.
So, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carpenters Row and will be back. Yes, the wedding was wonderful, with only a 5 minute slow walk back afterwards!

“Excellent accommodation and location. Perfect for a family and dog”

We stayed in Stuart's and Clare's cottage during the Easter break. The cottage is perfect for a family. It is extremely clean and cosy and has everything you need for a break away from home. There are a number of walks into Ironbridge some more challenging than others. In Ironbridge you will pub a number of pubs which are mostly dog friendly and some decent restaurants. There are also a number of museum's in walking distance from the cottage.
All in all my wife, kids and puggle had a fantastic time and would wholly recommend the cottage.
