Very clean and comfortable B&B with an excellent breakfast. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Ludlow (downhill, hence uphill coming back!) but has the advantage of a car park which was great. Would definitely recommend.

Sarah the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived for out two night break. As soon as we arrived she made us a fresh pot of tea which we enjoyed outside in the garden area, which guests are welcome to use as they like. The rooms were comfortable, a little dated but the cleanliness and the modern stylish en-suite bathroom compensated for this. The beds were changed every morning. Breakfast was first class, starting with lovely sweet melon, a choice of yogurts, cereal, toast and THEN a choice of cooked breakfasts including eggs, full english etc. Sarah was more than happy to cater for personal preferences as well, omitting ingredients that we didn't want or making things not strictly on the menu, such as mushrooms on toast. The B&B has a family feel to it and is relaxing. My only criticism, having stayed in a room abutting the main road outside, is that in hot weather when you need to open a window the traffic is quite loud and the Spar shop opposite has very early morning lorry load deliveries! However, Sarah did offer us a fan to counter this.
The price is extremely reasonable.

I would recommend this B&B for a short break without hesitation.

Room Tip: Not one next to the road!

A brief 2 night visit at this lovely house was not enough. The room was spacious and clean with extremely comfortable beds . Breakfasts delicious and cooked to order which meAns they were hot and perfectly cooked. After a long drive from the West Country and a busy morning ,it was bliss to sit in the delightful conservatory and relax .the bathroom with shower is really first class

Room Tip: The location is on a busy corner so there was traffic noise but not enough to be a problem .

I judge B&B by the quality of the actual Bed and Breakfast. In this case, they could not have been more comfortable or more delicious.
Add to this a friendly and helpful welcome, impeccable cleanliness, the sun trap of a conservatory and the easy walking distance to town and you have a well deserved 'Excellent' rating from me.

Room Tip: There's a wee bit of traffic noise if overlooking the road and supermarket, but it seems curmudg...

A delightful property, clean and warm and a friendly owner. Will definitely stay here again. Our room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was cooked to order. The landlady gave good recommendations for the local eateries and our stay in Ludlow will be repeated

Three of us stayed at the beginning of April for a weekend in Ludlow and were very well looked after. The fresh melon at breakfast was particularly good! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, there was easy parking and the walk into town takes only a short time. I left my phone charger in the room and the owners took care to post it back to me. Many many thanks!
