The building looks fantastic from the front pot side and some of that charm is carried through into the hotel. it has lots of old features which obviously date back a long time. the town centre location and parking at the era were a nice bonus.
That being said we stayed in a double room for the night (room 124) and it was a very small bedroom with a very small bed which was very uncomfortable. the bathroom was also very small but the shower was effective.
the breakfast in the morning was excellent and this was the only meal we had at the hotel. had the price been lower then this may achieved a better rating but £120 seemed a bit steep for the quality of the room. if you get a good deal then it may be worth it!More
