We have been to many premier inns throughout the UK but this is by far the best !!!!
The staff were brilliant and just couldn't do enough to help everyone .The whole atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful.
The room was clean and beds comfy.
We had breakfast and two evening meals here and the food was tasty and well cooked.
I would definetly book here again.
Hats off to the excellent staff who made the whole experience so pleasurable.

Room Tip: just ask to have a room facing the river.

A really lovely Premier Inn, with caring, smiling staff. Fantastically simple clean rooms. Nice comfortable beds and pillows, didn't hear any noise all day or night. Great location in Shrewsbury. A pleasurable experience. Very tasty breakfast, would have considered dining in the evening but had already reserved a table at a Thai restaurant nearby. I've never encountered a bad premier Inn.

Before booking this hotel we looked at other reviews, we were not disappointed, the rooms new, modern and clean, came with a friend for a 2 night stay and would certainly recommend, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is in a great central location and easily accessible when coming into the town. We parked in the Raven Meadows car park just at the back of the hotel at £8.00 for a overnight stay. Rooms all clean and what you would expect from a Premier Inn. We had coffee/tea making in the room and a hair dryer. Our only criticism would be the noise above during the night. Overall a good place to stay when visiting Shrewsbury

The hotel is quite new, is spotlessly clean and is very centrally located.
The reception was a joy to deal with , the young staff were polite, friendly, happy, helpful and efficient.
The room was standard Premier Inn...enough space, very comfy bed, very clean, quiet and good value. Wi-Fi is only free for 30 minutes which is becoming unacceptable these days. The car park was too expensive at £8 for any period of time parked up to 24 hours.
For the car park put Raven Meadows into the satnav. Do not go into the multistory car park, but turn left immediately before it...it looks like you're driving into the rear service area of a shopping centre. The car park is down here and on the right.
We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food etc. There are several little restaurants in the centre of town.
