We needed to find somewhere as close to Bath Abbey as possible and by chance read about Three Abbey Green. It seemed to suit our requirements.
We stayed here for three nights and were absolutely delighted with everything. Sue, our host, was kind, efficient, helpful, friendly and businesslike. Her staff, headed by family members, were friendly and thorough. It all seemed to work like clockwork. Our room, 'Lady Hamilton' was spacious, spotless and comfortable with a large en-suite and walk-in shower. The superb breakfasts were made to order and there was always a different 'special' each day, such as avocado and feta on sourdough toast topped with a poached egg. All the bread, as well as the jams, were home made and other food was locally sourced as far as possible.
As this is a Bed and Breakfast establishment there is no need for concern about other meals as there are plenty of places in very close proximity that serve food.
We would unhesitatingly stay here again and would heartily recommend it.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, in our opinion. Thank you Susan for your lovely review and for being so enthusiastic about our award-winning breakfasts. As you say we source everything from as close to Abbey Green as possible and then we cook whatever you order, so it arrives on your table hot, steaming and bubbly. I'm pleased our location worked for you too - just a one minute stroll to Bath Abbey, so you and your choir could sing. Let's hope singing will bring you back to Bath again.

A fabulous stay at 3 Abbey Green. From initial enquiry to our departure we were carefully looked after. .We visited as a family of 4 and were made most welcome - ideal for travel with children. The Asher Suite was spotless, spacious and had everything we could need. location is perfectly central and easy walking distance to all local attractions. A beautiful spot in the heart of Bath. Quintessentially English and tasteful, very well managed and maintained. Lots of choice at breakfast and amazing home made treats - a real gem!

It was a real treat for us to look after you and to enjoy your enthusiasm for the guest house and for everything that Bath has to offer. We love having families to stay in our family business. I hope this will have been a special birthday treat weekend which will stay in the memory of all the family.

The sun was shining both figuratively and metaphorically, as you took advantage of a last-minute cancellation and arrived in Bath, with its honey-coloured walls glowing in the sunlight. As you discovered, there is so much to see and do. We look forward to seeing you both for a longer stay next time.

Absolutely stunning weekend in every way. The accommodation is immaculate and the location is perfect with all of the major sites and activities within a 15 minute walk. The breakfasts are out of this world too. They even have a daily specials board!

Alan and Sue could not have been more helpful prior to and during our stay even providing running routes. The Bath Reward Card they offer is excellent as we gained a discount at multiple restaurants, comedy venues and museums including the Roman Baths which are 20 metres from the accommodation.

The accommodation is located in a pedestrian area however you can in unload and load before 10am and there is chargeable parking under Debenhams which is only 2 minutes away. There is no free on street parking nearby as bookings.com claimed.

One of the best and most charming B&B’s I’ve stayed in. We will definitely return.

It was obvious from the moment you arrived that you were planning an action-packed and entertaining weekend in Bath. Every time we saw you, you had huge grins on your faces. We are delighted that you had such a lovely stay with us and that you will come back. Maybe we can get you to run the Bath Skyline walk next time?

The rooms at the Three Abbey Green are very clean and comfortable! The bathrooms are modern and in top condition, with all the amenities. The hosts are very accommodating and the breakfast they offer is perfect! My only gripe is the 10:30 checkout time, which suited us fine this time, but in general, I hate it when hotels kick you out early. (In my day, it was always noon, and then it became 11, and now 10:30!) But I can understand it a bit more with a small B&B like this than with a large hotel with housekeeping staff. Bottom line is the Three Abbey Green is in a perfect location, close to every major sight you could hope to see!

I am delighted to read that you really enjoyed all aspects of your stay in our small family-run B&B. Check-out times are tricky because we only have a small house-keeping team. In an ideal world, we would give guests maximum flexibility but I'm pleased that the 10:30 am check out did not spoil your your stay - and, of course, we will keep guests' luggage until they are ready to leave Bath.
