One night in bath only for the Xmas markets and this was a excellent choice. Made very welcome on arrival and excellent clean room.easy to walk into town centre and owner made every effort to make parking easy and provide map of the city.Modern decor in the bedroom so wasn't sure about the Mona Lisa painting but would stay again perhaps in a back bedroom as on main road and was quite noisy

Room Tip: Ask for back bedroom if possible

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights in this very upmarket guesthouse. Perfect for visiting the beautiful city of Bath as only a 10 minute walk.Welcomed on arrival by Giac, nice touch, our loft room was delightful in every way.Breakfast was a unique experience in the basement dining room/kitchen, lovely to see the owner Giac cook our very yummy breakfast. Tastefully decorated, great shower, TV only had one channel though, but who was watching TV. We would definately return and recommend.

Perfect accomodation...good value and withing walking distance of the city sights and shopping. Very hospitable host who communicated by text on the day of arrival and by e mail prior which was very welcome.
The room was newly refurbished. It was clean , the bed was wonderfully confortable and the shower great.
Breakfast was taken in the basement kitchen and was fresh with quality ingredients (butcher not supermarket)
Will be returning soon!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night wasn't expecting too much but when we arrived the whole hotel was beautiful! Our room was perfect! Great size and the decor was spot on. The bed- wow!! Never slept in a bed like it before could quite literally sink into it. The location- about 5-10 min walk to all the Main attractions. Breakfast was delicious, very well catered for, I'm a veggie and asked for poached eggs on toast ( which wasn't on the menu ) he did it for me no problem :) boyfriend had full English and said it was perfect. Defiantly recommend this hotel. We really did not want to leave! Thank you giac x

Very good experience! The breakfast was excellent (heartily recommend the salmon and scrambled eggs) and we got the King-room adjoining to a twin-room with shared bathroom. The rooms were new and clean, although the TV in the twin room had no television channels (only able to play DVDs) and no Wifi as it was a dedicated children's room (so be careful on that). There was also a glazed glass panel on the toilet door between the rooms which made it a little awkward at times. Minor issues though; the location is fantastic, right next to Victoria Park and the Crescent and not far from the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely return!

Room Tip: King-Twin combo has no television or WiFi reception in the Twin.

We recently stayed for 4 nights, upon arrival we where greeted by Giac the owner, he showed us to our king size room which was decorated lovely, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Can not fault the room at all, other than if you are not used to traffic noise it could be quite loud at times, but even that did not spoil our stay.. The breakfast was cooked to order and very nice, giac and his staff could not do enough for us, I would most definitely stay here again on my next visit to bath... A lovely boutique b&b, thanks very much for making our stay perfect.

Room Tip: Room 2 lovely big room, very comfortable .

We chose this venue as the website & information looked like a promising boutique. The room was decorated to a good standard, however when selecting the king-size room we anticipated a room with facilities to match, including bottles of water to say the least. It's recent expansion to include en-suite facilities meant that the flushing mechanism of the toilet & drainage system created odours from the drains which back filled the room. The heating worked very effectively unlike the internet system. The breakfast was varied & was cooked to order. It's location was ideal for the centre & sights.

Room Tip: Not at the front of the house as it is on the main road
