We stayed for 2 nights in the Superior King room. The room itself was clean and tastefully decorated (apart from a random Mona Lisa picture on the wall!), The bed was lovely and comfortable , though the two chairs in the room were particularly uncomfortable, which was a shame. Also the TV was fixed on the wall to the side of the bed which meant it was almost impossible to watch whilst sitting on the bed. Suggest putting in on a bracket that swings out so that it can be moved to a better angle.
The bathroom was compact but had all that we needed for a couple of nights. Could have done with a bigger shelf to put wash bags on.
The owner seemed to be a pleasant man, although we didn't really get to know him at all - he does not live at the property and we only met him very briefly when we checked in, and on our final morning at breakfast. This is the main reason I did not score the B&B more highly, as when we visit a B&B we like to get to know, and interact with, the owners. 2 Crescent Gardens is all just a bit impersonal for our preference.
Breakfast was a choice of "full" English - but was lacking beans, sausages, hash browns etc. Or you could have scrambled egg and smoked salmon, which my husband said was nice. There was a limited selection of fruit, cereal and pre-packaged pastries. The only fruit juice on offer was orange juice.
The B&B is very well located for a short walk into all the shops and attractions (10 mins), but do pre-book parking before you arrive as it is limited and the public car park charges a lot for overnight parking.

Very welcoming stay at this B&B.Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with great choice.Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and museums etc.Giac met us when we arrived and welcomed us and provided a parking permit which was very convenient(small charge but good value).Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We had room 3 at the back and it was very quiet and comfortable.

This guesthouse has almost everything going for it: great location (10 minutes walk into the city centre, 5 minutes to the Royal Crescent and 3 minutes to Royal Victoria Park); a really high standard of furnishing making a very comfortable stay and an excellent manager called Giac.

There's only one way it could improve and this is very minor- the quality of breakfast ingredients could be better. Rather than concentrate orange juice have fresh. Rather than packet brioche get fresh pastry from the numerous little bakeries.

If this little thing is sorted then the guesthouse would elevate itself from brilliant to perfect!

We recently stayed at 2 Crescents for just 2 night... it's in a great location just a 5/10min walk from the centre of bath includes parking. The room was lovely and light and we had a great breakfast in the morning. However the tv in our room wasn't great and had to be turned off and on again every 3mins to get the sound! We also found the shower temperature fluctuated a lot and we could hear every word of the conversations in the B&B next door. We were probably just unlucky as this B&B has a lot of good reviews, however for £125 a night we are unlikely to return.

We were met by Giacomo as we arrived and he organised parking for us. The hotel is spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. There is just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bath. Perfect! We would definitely stay here again.
