The food was fresh and good. The restaurant was very clean and had an amazing view of the river both inside and outside on the patio. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. We liked it so much that we breakfasted there 3 days in a row

What a delightful corner of Bath with possibly the best view for breakfast in Bath. Walking down what seems like a secret passageway/ spiral staircase off Pultney Bridge, you come upon the canal path that leads you along to the entrance of Riverside Café. A pretty arch leads you into the intimate cavern, which it neatly laid out with petit tables. You can look through the archway to the cascade of water on the weir. I enjoy a fabulous breakfast with three girlfriends and between us we ordered the Veggie Breakfast the Pancakes and a full English all the food arrived prompt and perfect the bubble and squeak was very tasty With plenty of tea and coffee this was a supreme start to the day I highly recommend this café!

Visited for breakfast and the lady serving made our orders sound like such a chore despite it being over an hour before lunch service began.

The food was okay - nothing more, nothing less. Average ingredients averagely cooked.

The location however is beautiful and very relaxing.

I'd say stop in for coffee but eat elsewhere.

Such a nice little café/coffee shop in a lovely location. My partner said the Hot chocolate ( which was in a nice quirky cup ) was the best she had had. Coffee was good too.
Worth stopping here for a coffee and the staff were very pleasant. Nice view over the weir.

Very short review poor customer service, as soon as we entered we were given a menu, excellent good start and told we could sit anywhere, so we did we sat and waited, waited and sat, even more sitting and waiting, eventually we left unserved, it was not busy so goodness knows how they will cope in the summer. Poor service
