“Another Wonderful Visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 April 2012

We have recently returned from our fourth visit to The Bath Courtyard, staying three nights.
This time we took two friends who were amazed by the quality of all the facilities on offer. We had previously told them how nice it is but it exceeded their expectations.
They loved the breakfasts, having three good nights sleep in the very comfortable beds and meeting Michael and Edgar.
As there are just two guest bedrooms, it is a perfect place to visit with friends or family as it gave the feel of a small exclusive hotel.
Michael and Edgar have maintained the high standard of The Bath Courtyard and deserve all the great reviews they receive.
Our friends, like us, can't wait to return.

My wife and I have just spent the weekend at The Bath Courtyard. Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and with good facilities. Michael was a perfect host, helpful at all times. Breakfast in the Courtyard room was a delight, a lovely room with views to the garden. Breakfast itself was first class, a good choice of quality produce. 10 minute easy walk to Pultenay Bridge. We happily recommend this top of the range B and B and will certainly visit again.

My partner and I stayed here for three nights and it was totally faultless. Having stayed in five star hotels this must rate as a five star B&B. Rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, very quite and very comfortable. Bathroom had everything we needed and again was spotlessly clean. Michael was the perfect host.

Location was perfect for Bath, a short walk into the centre of the city.

Definitely would recommend and well priced for the accomadation and service provided.

The Bath Courtyard is the perfect B&B - the hosts (Michael and Edgar) are friendly but not intrusive and went out of their way to assist us wherever possible (which included cycling to the station after our stay to hand us train tickets we had left behind!). The location is close to the city centre but quiet and the room was lovely. The breakfasts are fantastic and the setting equally so (the dining room is beautiful with a lovely view of the gardens). I was hesitant to give this review because I suspect next time we go back the place will be fully occupied!

A delightful b & b set in a quiet lane but within walking distance of the City. Michael and Edgar are excellent hosts and we were given a warm welcome. Our room had a separate bathroom but we had complete privacy as a hall door closed our rooms off from the rest of the house.
Room was lovely and bright with garden views, clean, well furnished and had a drinks tray, hairdryer, flat screen television, robes and slippers. Bed was extremely comfortable and extra pillows provided if required. Large bathroom had a bath with power shower and good quality towels.
A lovely breakfast cooked by Michael was served in the pretty conservatory on the most fantastic table !
There is plenty of attention to detail in Michael and Edgar's beautiful home and we would happily recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome and felt at home from the first moment. Michael and Edgar could not do enough for us. The room was lovely as was the bathroom and the breakfast delicious. We stayed for 3 nights but felt we could have stayed longer. Michael and Edgar were always on hand to help us with information about the area and the maps they provided were so helpful. I think the fact that it was an easy flat fifteen minute walk into the centre was an advantage, we were far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet but close enough to enjoy the city sights.
Thank you so much both, we highly recommend coming to stay at your lovely home.
