We booked the entire B&B for our hen party and Sergio was extremely accommodating in every aspect. He have us the freedom to decorate the breakfast room with banners and balloons and also let us use this space for cocktail making before we headed out on the town in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was really varied and tasty.

Totally recommend this B&B, great owner, great location, great breakfast and amazing value.

This is a very average B&B. It is quite shabby and needs updating but welcome was warm and overall atmosphere quite relaxed. Room and bedding was clean. No en suite but shared bathroom was clean enough. My room was on the 2nd floor (no lift) and opposite the police station on the main road so not quiet with the window open so check before booking as stairs are quite steep.
Good location, near the station and main sites. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but adequate.
OK for a one night stop but if you're looking for something more comfortable with a nice environment, pay the extra and go somewhere else.

Room Tip: Check room isn't opposite police station. If you want en suite check that's an option. Stee...

A group of six of us stayed here for the weekend and it's ideally situated in the centre of Bath near the train station.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection is very generous.

Rooms are clean and make the most of the space. I had a room with a shared bathroom, which was fine, there are lots of bathrooms and no-one in our party had a problem getting in to use the shower or anything.

We were warned about noise from the street but as we were out late ourselves it didn't matter and it was pretty quiet in the morning. Unfortunately we were woken up by the people in the next room slamming doors and furniture about at 6am, but this is hardly the fault of the owners!

I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Bath!

We stayed here for two nights and really love to spend more time here.

A very short walk from the train station and easy to reach the main attractions.

The room is sweet and clean.

Breakfast is very good. Hot breakfast was served during our stay as well.

We stayed here as a group of 5 girls. The place is only a 5 minute walk from the train station and everything else is within a 15 minute walk, as in the shops and tourist attractions. Sergo the owner is a marvellous man who is willing to help out at every opportunity. He is very friendly and efficient. I had the downstairs double en-suite which was a perfect size and a nice pretty very clean room, the bathroom was lovely and clean too offering toiletries. Bed was comfy too. On the weekend you can hear the bar close by but with ear plugs you don't notice a thing and I wouldn't let that put you off as this place shouldn't be missed.
The breakfast was delicious too if you get something cooked and the continental breakfast was of a good choice too.
Very happy with our stay. Thank you. Naomi

Room Tip: oops hit the spa rating by accident and can't get it off, there wasn't a spa.

My friend and I stayed her for the Christmas Market. The location is great its a stone throw away from the shops and the owners were lovely.
We were warned a few times about the noise that might bother you from local bars, but to be honest we noticed it when we first got in but it didnt effect our sleep at all.
The only slight down side is the lack of parking, there is a public car park right by this but you need to rememeber to run out at 8am to pay for the extra time needed.
