A real spit and sawdust pub, the food looked great but we did not have time to pig out.
The ale is very well kept with a mix of local and national brews. There was also a good cider menu. A friend stated it had not changed in 20 years which only adds to the charm of the place. Also has seats outside if the weather is good.
