We stayed one night to wonder around the city and enjoy the spa. The stay was a present and I chose the hotel after researching TripAdvisor, even though I originally wanted a 4* hotel (or higher). Glad I followed the recommendations here. Absolutely nice place, great service, very helpful staff (finding out at 8pm Sunday evening that we forgot a toothpaste was absolutely no issue :-))! Also, we were meant to travel by train originally but had a car in the end. With their parking service you don't have to worry about parking being a bit of issue in Bath.
I can highly recommend the hotel. And I don't understand why it has only 3 stars!?

The people who work there are very friendly and very willing to help out. The hotel is a little lacking, old, but they're making the most of it. The furniture and styling are a little outdated. We were on the top floor and since I'm 6'5" the ceilings are a little low. But there's a ton of space and the service is great. The breakfast was very nice as well. We really enjoyed our trip at Bath.

We stayed to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, after researching on Tripadvisor. The hotel met expectations. From the moment we arrived and were met by charming, friendly and helpful staff to when we left 2 days later, our experience was second to none. We arrived before 1100hrs to go the The Therme Spa but were able to leave all our baggage at the hotel and returned later to find it already placed in our room. My vehicle was looked after by the very helpful valet/concierge; I never saw it until it was delivered to the fromt door precisley at 0915hrs on the day we left.
We stayed in room 26 which was perfect and faced Russell Sreet. It had two huge rooms, see the images for a better idea. The flowers that I had ordered were there as promised.
The hotel is classy yet unpretentious, relaxing and un-hurried. The drawing room is cosy and offers a comfortable area to read daily papers, current quality magazines and provides complimentary tea and coffee between 0930 and 1730hrs daily.
A very special few days were made even better by staying at this first class hotel

Room Tip: I think that any room here will be fantastic. We had a superior deluxe room 26

Cannot add much to the excellent reviews posted about this hotel. The service by the very friendly and professional staff would not look out of place in a 5 star hotel. I have to agree that the rooms could be updated but they were comfortable and welcoming so this did not spoil our enjoyment of this lovely City.
Should we visit Bath again I would not hesitate to book the Queensberry again.

The Queensberry Hotel is a really nice boutique style hotel, built into the wonderful Regency streets of Bath. It is really well located with a short walk down to the City Centre or to the Royal Crescent. A big plus is the very efficient FREE car parking service, where the car is whisked awy from the Reception entrance shortly after you arrive, and returned within minutes as you leave. We found the service to be exceelent, and whilst we didn't use what appeared to be an excellent restaurant, the breakfast service was very good indeed. The hotel has a nice bar and lounge and the bedrooms are cofortable if a little touch tired. All told a super place to stay in a wonderful city.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing the main street as it can get busy and noisy into the early hours of the morning
