A pleasant break from walking round the city was found at this gallery. As an enthusiastic amateur artist I found work by Gainsborough, Sickert and other artists very inspiring. I was sorry to have missed the Exhibition by the Bath Society of Artists but perhaps be lucky enough to see it in future years.

Thank Rogrita

We were the first people to get married here and would highly recommend it as a venue. The staff were so supportive - especially Otto who on the actual day kept me clam as nerves started to get the better of me.
Our guests all said what an amazing place it was to get married and so much more interesting than the usual wedding 'room'.
Thank you to everyone at the Gallery who helped make our wedding so special and memorable. It really is a stunning place to get married.

This was my first visit. A great selection and ver helpful staff. It really was a joy. The shop was small but very high quality. The gallery is very central and lovely for just popping into. I saw a collection of recent works by local artists...v impressive.. Then it's a short wall to another gallery . Bath has it all.

This free museum is centrally located and worth a peek, although it won't take you long to get through the highlights of the collection. It does have an interesting Picasso lithograph and an exquisite Klee painting, but a lot of the art is less than inspiring worthy VIctorian portraits. It was nice to see a Joseph Southall not on display in Birmingham.

My wife and I went to the Gallery on the 28th March '14. Free admission, and a great display of Art through the ages in this wonderful Victorian Building. There was also a display of drinking glasses (some locally made) from Georgian to Victorian times. Exquisite examples of the glassmaker's art.
The Gallery itself, was displaying Art from the mid 15th to mid 20th centuries, with works from Whistler, Gainsborough, Sickert and many others. Some outstanding examples of individual works. Well worth the visit.
