The Roman Baths are an amazing bit of history. My 8 year old son found it fascinating as did I. Highly recommended.

“Brilliant Experience”
Reviewed 19 July 2014

The museum brought history to life with a great local guide explaining the 2000 year history of the baths. Not to be missed two hour tour, great fun and educational.

“Don't miss this if you are visiting Bath !!!”
Reviewed 19 July 2014

On a weekend trip to Bath, I nearly didn't go into this Museum (or should I say recreation of the original working Roman baths from over 2,000 years ago!) ... I decided last minute on the Saturday to squeeze in a quick visit for an hour just before it closed, and I'm sooooo glad I did!

It really is incredible to see how the Baths worked all those years ago, and to actually feel like you are walking through exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! Well worth the visit, and only wish I'd given myself more than an hour to see the whole place ... fascinating !!!

“Well worth the visit”
Reviewed 19 July 2014

I visited the Baths in the evening with fires lit around the Main pool very atmospheric. Looking up at the Abbey adjacent to the Baths just added to what was a brilliant experience. They really have gone to a lot if effort to make the visit interesting and memorable.

Brilliant - so much to see!
Fascinating to see the constructions, to learn about the knowledge of our ancestors and to appreciate the history associated with this legendary location.
