“Worth a look”

Not far to go...everything in bath is close together, nice houses and a lovely park to walk through on your way back to town.

“Stunning”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 May 2014

A superb example of Georgian architecture and all they brought into our lives. Just walk up and down as it is free and the views are stunning. Go in the wander months and on still quiet evenings watch balloons take off from the grass out front.

“famous landmark”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 May 2014

We took the hop on hop off bus when we arrived in Bath, to get a feel for the City and to learn about the places of interest. We then returned later in the week to visit the Crescent and take our time standing in the iconic Georgian landmark. Lovely walk down through the Circus back into the city centre.

“Impressive”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 May 2014

Do not just stop at Number one with its new wooden doorway - go to the furthest western corner where the pavement is high above the stone setts of the roadway where it drops steeply to the green of the Victorian park below; and where lovely iron railings make a foreground through which the sweep of the Crescent's grandeur can be viewed far from the other tourists who think the view from there is all they need to see.

“Wonderful afternoon tea”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2014

While visiting Bath for a cooking class, we enjoyed a great afternoon tea at the Royal Crescent. If you sit at the windows, you will enjoy the garden views and some of the best scones in town. And they happily brought us extra finger sandwiches.
