My partner paid for us to stay in this hotel over my birthday night. He paid £150 for one night. When we checked in it took ages and then we got to our room which I expected to be amazing and it was at the back of the hotel overlooking the carpark was dark and dingey. It was really small and very dated, the floor boards were so creaky it was annoying. The bathroom was nice and big and quite quirky. The bar downstairs was hardly ever staffed and we had to find someone to serve us a drink. The location of this hotel is excellent right in the middle. carparking was an extra £15 a day rediculous after paying that much to stay in the hotel!
