“Fantastic, luxury accommodation”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chapel. The luxury accommodation had super comfy beds and duvets which made for a fab nights sleep! The under floor heating and stylish decoration were only a few of the incredible selling points. Being close to both Bath and Bristol means you can explore both easily. I would highly recommend to anyone and would love to stay there again.

“Modern Chapel”
Reviewed 8 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The hosts were helpful from booking to arrival, thank you. The chapel suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all located on the ground floor, perfect for senior members of the family. We loved the modern and well equipped kitchen diner and bathroom, the place was absolutely spotless, loved the wooden floor throughout. Great wifi, radio was a nice addition when we were using the kitchen/ dining, tesco and asda nearby. The only cons are the small garden and proximity to the road.

“Luxury accommodation suitable for a family/ group to share .”
Reviewed 31 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

I booked the chapel, adjoining School House, and studio for 3 nights. My son was getting married close by and we didn't fancy staying in the hotel. Ebenezer Chapel provided the perfect solution, 3 connecting rental properties, giving each party their privacy and space whilst allowing us all to socialise and interact using the connecting doors.
All 3 properties were full of character and luxury providing a very comfortable stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, even providing a started pack of essentials and vouchers for a welcome drink at the local pub next door.
Each member of our party were delighted with my choice of venue to celebrate the wedding and two Birthdays. I would fully recommend this property to my friends. I hope to return again to enjoy the experience and charm of this delightful old building.
Thank you Terri and David for making our stay very special,

“Comfortable stay over in between Bath and Bristol”
Reviewed 5 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

It is what it looks like on the pictures. Beds and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher and laundrymachine. Nice livingroom with television cd player above and seperated from living downstairs. Situated along road between Bath and Bristol, can sit outside ( backside morning sun, frontside evening sun) not a playfull environment for kids who want to play football. Gives a luxoury feeling. Typically for city-visits.

Neigbours (sleeps 5) in attached school, hallway in between.

“5* accomodation exceeded our expectations”
Reviewed 8 July 2014 for a stay in May 2014

This old Chapel has been very tastefully converted to an extremely high standard with some very nice touches which make you feel very comfortable indeed. We have never stayed in a former Chapel before and were slightly apprehensive, but the atmosphere was lovely and peaceful and very warm. All the fixtures and fittings were excellent - mostly better than we have at home, and the place was spotless. The only very minor problem we had was with the TV Remote which seemed to have a mind of its own. We were welcomed by David with fresh bread. butter, milk and biscuits which was a nice touch. All in all - highly recommended.

“A relaxing break with the Wow factor.”
Reviewed 6 February 2014 for a stay in January 2014

What a stunning place to stay. The property is amazing and the decor so stylish. It really is a luxury accommodation. The underfloor heating kept the temperature nice and warm. The views from the large chapel windows are lovely.
The bed was very comfortable and the area is pretty quiet, so we slept well! Excellent walk-in shower in the ensuite. The owners had even left us bread, milk, butter and biscuits. The White Hart pub is right next door to the Chapel and is very welcoming and friendly with a nice selection of beers. They only serve food at lunch times Monday-Saturday, so no evening meals. We did try The Griffin pub which is a few minutes walk away but would not recommend it for food - it was pretty bad! But we did have an Indian takeaway delivered on our second night and that was superb (I think it was from Curry Kings).
I would absolutely recommend staying at the Chapel Suite. It was a privilege to stay in such an unusual and beautifully appointed place. We will definitely be back in the future :D
