Description: Jika Jika is the brainchild of Bath, England and British Lions rugby legends – Matt Stevens and Lee Mears. Together they have created this business out of a love for coffee and an acknowledgement of the need for a truly amazing cup in the city of Bath.Open 7 days per week, we are driven by a fundamental passion for great coffee served up by our professional baristas. In the 4 years since opening we have also developed a fantastic food menu created from the best local produce. All of our pastries, cakes and breads are made from scratch, daily in store. We also have an amazing array of loose-leaf teas and a sophisticated Cocktail Menu and Wine List.We hope that Jika Jika will feel like your home away from home and that you enjoy some of the fabulous produce we have on offer for you.We love to hold private events at Jika Jika, whether it’s a Birthday Party, Wedding Reception or Anniversary we can create the perfect event for you. With use of either the glass topped atrium or the whole venue we can tailor any event to your specific needs. Our Head Chef will design the ideal menu, whether that is a sit down dinner, buffet or range of delicious canapés.

“Jika Jika- amazing breakfast!”
Reviewed 4 May 2014 via mobile

We came here for breakfast as it was next to our hotel, we were really glad we did as it became a regular hangout during our trip. Our favourite menu was the breakfast menu, particularly the caramelised banana and coconut porridge- one of the tastiest breakfasts I've had. The staff were very friendly and the cafe had a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Just stopped there with friends for a late breakfast/brunch. Very nice brunch menu, excellent breakfast burrito, nice service and venue (lost of space and sun in the back). Will definitely g back soon.

“King jika jika”
Reviewed 3 May 2014 via mobile

Jika jika has the best coffee in bath by far. There food is amazing because it's all homemade. The home made toast is so yummy! Definitely one of their signatures
, very much recommend it!

“OK but overpriced”
Reviewed 26 March 2014

Cam for breakfast. On the website menu the full breakfast at £9.95 comes with a tea or coffee, in the cafe however we were advised this is not the case. Breakfast was mediocre, I did hear a waitress say to another customer that their ovens were not working so this may have made preparing the breakfast more tricky. Overall I would say that the quality of ingredients was poor and other than the breakfast being stacked up on a muffin rather than standard presentation, it was not much better than a standard caff breakfast and certainly not worth the price charged.

On a positive note, the interior and music were pleasant, coffees were good but very small, and my partner had a decent looking eggs royale.

So in general a pretty decent cafe, but the full breakfast needs a re-think and better quality ingredients to justify the price.

“Fab Breakfast location”
Reviewed 24 March 2014

5 girls on a weekend in Bath - we found this spot on our first morning and were drawn in by the funny blackboard (see picture!). Dining was very casual - we sat on a huge table with another group at the other end. Coffee was fab, between us we had full breakfast, breakfast burritos, poached eggs, eggs benedict and everything was fresh, hot and served quickly. The staff are mostly students working and so you needed to attract their attention - but once you did they were very efficient. Loved it and would go back . Great Value for money - we paid about £10 a head
