Within easy walking distance of all locations, we loved our stay. Our host Peter was ever so helpful in showing us where to go and advising on where to eat. His breakfast was stunningly displayed and the cooked breakfast was so tasty - not easy to satisfy a family with teens but it went down superbly. Well done Peter and a recommendation to all for a great place to stay.

We spent one night at the Marlborough House and had a great experiance. Located only about 10 minutes walking to the town center, our guest room was very individual and tasty furnished, clean, had plenty of outlets and a newly renovated modern bathroom. The best part is Peter, the fiendly owner and his delicious unique breakfast with a big varity of fresh fruit and a fist class french Omelette. Parking places are in front of the House, the price of 80 pounds /doubleroom incl breakfast is not to expensive compared with other B&B in England. Bath is a wonderfull and lovely old city near Bristol in the Western Country. We did enjoy our stay there very much!

We stayed in the Edwardian Room at the Marlborough House in Bath at the end of May (2009) and thought our room - and the whole house - wonderfully charming. Marlborough House is ideally located: it is a two minute walk up the road to the Royal Crescent and the Circus and then a few blocks further into town: very convenient and walkable. Also we should mention that although our bedroom faced the Bristol road, it was very quiet at night and we heard no noise. Our host Peter Moore and his crew were engaging and friendly, and our breakfasts were delicious. We highly recommend this wonderful place.

The Marlborough House offers clean, nice rooms at a very reasonable rate. The bath productus in the room are organic as is most of the breakfast. The location is ideal and the owner/staff members are very helpful in offering suggestions for the city, where to eat, what to do. I can't say enough about how wonderful the owner and the accomodations are. He went out of his way to make this my favorite place to stay in England.

3 Husbands sent the wives away to Bath for the weekend and found the perfect spot here at Marlborough House. Peter the owner converted one of the large rooms into a triple and was so welcoming and friendly - he treats guests like old friends.
Classy decor, great breakfast. -
You never regret paying a little bit extra for quality - and this is true here. It may be more per night than your regular B&B - but you can't deny the quality and service.
