4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 June 2012 via mobile

Despite the £130 price tag per night, the room was small. However the hotel had made the most of the space available, particularly in the bathroom. The service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel purely for the location though, walking distance to everywhere. Lots of nice bars and Places to eat nearby too.

I was looking for 4 rooms in a hotel in Bath for a one night business stay. I called and was told they had three rooms, and a premier apartment. They suggested that two of us could use the 4 bedroom apartment, and our two guests could have a room each in the hotel. The apartment was great. Quiet, despite being centrally located (something that cannot be said of many places in Bath) and being a house essentially (as opposed to a flat) meant that there was no noise from neighbours above and below, again, and issue with old listed-building flats.

Rooms spacious and clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Our guests where very happy with their rooms, and we joined them for breakfast the next morning and had an excelent meal.

Overall a very good experience. So good that I am booking the apartment for a weekend later this year for myself, wife and daughter. First class and thanks Harington Hotel!

This is a great little Hotel in the centre of Bath - the location is superb. Although quite compact, the Hotel has a quality feel to it - and is good value for money. My room was clean, quiet and very nicely decorated.

Nice little b&b style hotel with modern furnishing nice friendly staff wide range of really good breakfasts offered til 10:00. On a cute cobble street. Has coffee making in room and nice late check out time of 11. Room had a big bed but actually two singles pushed together which was just too big for the room so much so that I couldn't get into my side of the bed. Lots of stairs so if u don't want to walk up stairs then this isn't the place for you. Altogether lovely stay but possibly a bit overpriced for what I expected.

Haringtons Hotel in the middle of Bath. What a refreshing find. From start to finish the Staff were the best mix of professionalism, knowledge, kindness and great service.
The City Pad was just right for two people, the Nespresso machine an added bonus. Well equipped if you wanted to stay in which we didn't as all around us was entertainment and food.
Overall a wonderful stay.

We had a most enjoyable 3 night break staying in the premier appartment, which is part of Harringtons hotel during February half term. The appartment was very well equipped and the children were both able to have their own rooms. A bonus! There was a very nice patio with chairs and table, although too cold to use in February. The Kitcen had everything you would need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The only thing i would say was that the sofas in the sitting room are most uncomfortable to sit on! It is in a great location, a minutes walk to the main Milson street where all the shops are and 5 minutes to the Roman Baths. We arranged through the Hotel, parking in Queen street car park. It is essential that this is prebooked and it is at a reasonable rate with reserved parking at the Queens square end. We used to live in Bath, so are used to navigating the one way system. However the Hotel do give you a very good map to get to the carpark! We didnt use the facilites of the Hotel, but it looked very nice. All in all this is a real gem in the centre of Bath and a great option for a family who dont want and need lots of facilites of a hotel. We will definately return!

This hotel is overall excellent.

Our room was on the third floor (ground being the first), a larger one. The bathroom was extremely clean, and fully tiled and modern, the shower was good but pressure could be greater. Unfortunately the basic extractor fitted was insufficient to clear the humidity efficiently and so we sometimes had to open the bedroom window for a while. The bed was good and the cleaning was very good. We had two bedroom windows but only one of the sash windows opened.
Breakfast was simple but one of the best; freshly cooked. As advertised there is no evening meal but there are several really good local restaurants.
Service was very friendly, efficient, very courteous and polite, and we felt at home.
The pub opposite, The Raven, seem to be a local, was friendly and had some eclectic but soothing beers. Try the upstairs, open after 17:00.

Regarding Bath, we were underwelmed. The open-top bus ride was a rip-off; but the Abbey (particularly the Towers Tour) and Roman Baths a must, and No.1, The Crescent interesting. Check the spa because my wife thought it was an exorbitant, ~ two hours of testing Archimedes Principle.
But apparently Bath is great for shopping!
