I stayed for 2 nights in August with my teenage daughter. The hotel was very welcoming and had that extra special personal touch. Very knowledgeable staff, when we arrived we were asked what we wanted to do during our stay and given all the information we required to make sure everything went smoothly. On the second night my daughter wasn't feeling well, she has diabetes and coeliacs disease. The staff were extremely helpful and made my daughter up a lovely gluten free breakfast on a tray and bought it to the room. The garden is lovely and peaceful to have a cup of tea and sit and relax in the late afternoon sun. Free parking a bonus in Bath. I would leave the car at the hotel and take the bus in as parking is expensive in the town.
Overall a lovely friendly hotel and I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.More
