Review of Bath Street

Looking to go back into history while not losing the luxuries of the day, then Bath is definitely worth a visit. Be warned that there are many tourists but this need not deter you, unless you do not like crowds. Bring good walking shoes and lots of money. A piece of history very well preserved.

Enjoyed the beauty and the history along Bath Street. So much comes alive when we can take a walk through the past. It is a busy, active city tho, and with such comes traffic and congestion, and dirty sidewalks. The only change I'd make would be to clean up the walks - other tourist venues do a much better job. Otherwise a great place to visit.

Fantastic shopping - all the big stores much the same as anywhere else, but some lovely smaller boutique shops and when you have 3 ladies together the pull to investigate each one is very strong. Lovely wide roadways, piazzas and malls all add to the shopping experience.

Bath is beautiful and such good examples of beautiful architecture, there is plenty to see and do, even just walking in and out of independant shops is a great way to lose time, there is a square just by Bath Abbey that seems to always have street performers or musicians and there are toruist maps well located and everything is in walking distant, lots of options for food and shopping. Very beautiful and various points of interest- I would say start at Pulteney bridge and get your self lost!

Essentially a high street with the usual high street shops but lovely architecture and buildings and a very positive vibe. It was lovely to stroll through and bask in the atmosphere.

There are also some lovely quirky shops and tea rooms and is one of those places where you turn a corner and will stumble across some hidden gem! Definitely worth a visit!
