“Beautiful Gardens!”
Reviewed 6 July 2014 via mobile

Beautiful little gardens inside Victoria Park. It was a lovely walk with a tree statue, lots of flowers and a redwood tree! A nice afternoon break from visiting all the indoor museums.

“Perfect for a romantic or family picnic!”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

Beautiful surroundings to unroll a blanket, open a picnic basket and relax in the shade of the trees. We visited on a hot day as a family but would be great as a couple or with friends. The bathtub full of flowers was a nice touch too! Also, if taking kids then Victoria park just down the hill is great fun!

“Looked nice”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Looked nice and well kept from the street but was surprised to find that there was an admission charge. Didn't really bother.

“Not what it used to be.”
Reviewed 25 October 2013 via mobile

I was born in Bath and lived 10 mins walk from the Botanical Gardens. I'm sorry to say it ain't what it used to be when Stan Hitt was Parks Director. Since the Council changed to Bath & North East Somerset, rather than Bath City Council standards have slipped.
