We had a great two night stay here. Pleasant walk to the centre of Bath - we came back along the canal from the Holburne Museum. Spacious apartment all to oursleves! good for relaxing. Thoughtful extra touches; enjoyed the magazines, fresh flowers and of course the bread! Thank you, we had a really nice break.

We've just got back from a great weekend at the Garden House, it's brilliantly located for walking to the city centre, and we had a very comfortable stay (proper feather duvets and pillows). The breakfast is lovely - fresh bread every morning - and we felt completely relaxed and at home. There were four adults in our group and even though two were on futons in the lounge it did not feel at all cramped. I will definitely be staying again, a really great little find. Thank you!

I took my Mum to Bath for the Christmas market and we stayed at a really lovely little self catering garden flat. It was in the garden of a big family house, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bath (nice walk downhill, but of course, it's uphill afterwards! We needed it though after eating so much in town). The owner, Caroline, was very nice and helpful. The freshly baked bread in the morning was gorgeous and a nice treat. The flat itself was perfect. We had a twin bedded room, a bathroom/utility room and a kitchen/lounge - TV in the front room, and a TV/DVD in the bedroom. The fridge was already stocked with milk, juice, cheese, ham and yogurts. There was fresh fruit, jam, butter, honey, eggs and breakfast cereal available. I really can't recommend this place enough! Such a nice alternative to your bog-standard and overpriced B&B. And a free car space comes with the flat, so no need to pay inflated parking prices in town. If you're looking for somewhere to eat in town, we had a lovely meal in Bistro La Barrique on Barton St. We had to pick a number of petit plats and side dishes, kind of like a French tapas. Thanks again Caroline! We had a great time, and will no doubt be back one day.

I had never stayed at a B&B before so wasn't sure what to expect. This was fantastic! Along with my two teenagers, we felt at home immediately. The owners were very accommodating, including home baked bread for breakfast! We were even able to check in early and leave our bags until 2pm the next day. Thanks for a great stay in Bath, only wish we could have stayed longer.
