We stayed at Henrietta House for 2 nights and were treated to a wonderfully warm welcome. The accomodation is excellent - we had a large double which was warm and quiet. Everywhere is clean and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. One highlight is the breakfast - everything is well prepared and of the highest quality. I tried the Austrian breakfast and whilst it may not sound too great it is truly delightful. And no I am not on commission.

Well run hotel only a very short flat walk into the centre of Bath, fine old building. Staff are very positive and helpful. Rooms are clean and have electronic locks which make life simpler. Very good breakfast, quick service, good choice.
Recommended.

Room Tip: Some noise from road in front, but very acceptable. Back rooms would be quieter.

We have just returned from a short stay in Bath and we stayed for one night at the Henrietta.
An absolute delight. A fabulous Grade 1 listed building, in a quiet but incredibly central position, beautifully appointed and run by people who seemed to genuinely care.
Rooms were spacious, bathrooms gorgeous, excellent showers and all facilities of a high order. The staff made us welcome form the second we arrived and could not have been more helpful and kind. One example of this: Parking is very difficult in Bath and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we understood where we could park, that we used the permits correctly so as not to fall foul of wardens, and even allowed us to extend our parking so that we could get in a little more shopping after we checked out. All small acts of care that make such a difference in making sure a stay is stress free.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. My companions are coeliac, but having given the hotel some warning, they were very well catered for. Food was fresh, well-prepared and there was an excellent range.
All in all, I would recommend the Henrietta without hesitation.

Room Tip: Sorry - have accidentally rated a non-existent Fitness centre but don't know how to clear it...

This guest house was really amazing.
Friendly staff, nice, clean, big room, lovely breakfast. Easy to come and go as you like. Staff have helpful tips on where to go, touristy areas or a meal out.
We were there for one night and were made very welcome, can't recommend this guest house enough.
Check out time is 10.30 but as we were going out the night before the staff were more then happy to let us lie in a little longer after breakfast.
The location was perfect, 2 minutes from Bath centre but on a very quiet street. We had a great time.

Room Tip: Room 33 was right at the top, 3rd floor, so a little walk up the stairs (although there is a lift up...

From the moment we arrived it was a slice of heaven on earth, I am so pleased with our stay here. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was on the small side which I knew when booking but had everything we needed; cozy bed and covers, ensuite bathroom, great shower pressure- it was a smaller bathroom but had enough room to move. We were in room 15, above the front door; closed the shutters at night which kept the heat in- however did not understand (nor did we ask though) how to turn on the heater. Thankfully it wasnt that cold. The breakfast was brillant! Fresh, pure food/juices/coffee/tea- so yummy, wish I could eat there everyday! The breakfast room was charming as well with character and great feelings throughout the place. Location was also grand- it was in walking distance to the center- just around the corner over the wonderful bridge. I really enjoyed our stay here and cannot wait to come back!! Worth every money spent! Also the WIFI was fantastic!!! Cheers!

Everything was perfect, we left our luggage early before check in and also after check out. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment for three of us, so nice to have the shared sitting room. Breakfast was extremely good, so much so that we didn't need lunch. We will go again.

A really pleasant experience, from beginning to end. While the rooms were lovely, and the breakfast memorable, the key was the staff. They were without exception friendly, efficient, knowladgeable and helpful, but never obsequious. The hotel is in a perfect location quite literally 2 minutes walk to the middle of the city, but quiet as well. We could not have asked for more!
