I visited the Fashion Museum with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and informative nature of the displays. A worthwhile visit when in Bath.

Had a wonderful couple of hours here. Is a great collection of clothing, excessories from throughout history. We spent couple of hours here. Easy place to find and well worth the trip. Close to the Royal Crescent so do both.

I loved this exhibition. Garments well-displayed on mannequin forms from just about every year (especially 1700's, my favorite). Free audio set included, added more depth. There's also a room with replica's of some get-ups, pretty fun to try on.

We happened upon the Fashion Museum when buying tickets for the Roman Baths, and absolutely loved it (more so than the baths in fact)! The museum is really well put together, with many exhibits to look at, and a really good, non-intrusive audio guide. The fashions on display go right up until near present-day, creating a wonderful contrast. The opportunity to dress-up in traditional costumes is also good!
