We stayed in the 2 bedroomed garden flat at 17 Pulteney Road and had a very good stay so much so that we would stay again.
The rooms are large and well furnished and very comfortable. iPod players in each room, kitchen has good range of new appliances, great large screen tv in the sitting room with Sky+ and good DVD player with a range of current DVDs and games.
On the down side the towels were see through thin, all the taps spun around their fittings and the bathroom (might be an ex coal cellar) smelled of damp with bad condensation stains on the ceiling. In addition and surprisingly for such a solid house the wall between the bedrooms was paper thin and you could here a lot of noise from the floor above which would be a problem if there is a stag/hen party in the house at the same time.
But despite that, this is a great location for walking into central Bath or to the parks nearby. The garden flat was great to stay in for 2 nights so long as you don't get too uptight about some of the required maintenance or noise.
