Charged the wrong amount and when we asked if there was a mix up they were rudely claiming it was right. Perhaps the staff should take some basic maths lessons, learn how to use a till or don't display the prices on the board if they want to just make it up as they go anyway! Overall not a warm atmosphere and drink was bairly half full! No wonder people go to costa and Starbucks - at least it's consistent!
